EMP MALAYSIA SECURES RAINGUARD ORDER

21st. July 2011

RF Eaves with Cover Rain Guard System Installed for Trials in the field

After nearly 2 years of trials and follow up with a Plantation group on the viability of RF Eaves with Cover Rainguard system, our Company has been given the greenlight to supply and deliver a substantial amount of these Rainguard system.

The Rainguard system was found to be effective in preventing rain washout and the cover was particular good in both preventing rain washout from the latex cups AND preventing dirt, leaves, sand, mud etc. from falling into the latex cups thus contaminating the clean latex.

With extra tapping days and the ability of collecting clean latex and cup lumps, the rainguard system will now be implemented on a large scale within the rubber plantations.

EMP MALAYSIA TO QUOTE RUBBER SHEET PRODUCTION FACILITY TO AFRICAN PLANTATION GROUP

An African Plantation Group has requested our company to propose a rubber sheet production plant for them in Africa.

As their current daily latex collection is not much, the daily quantity collected does not justify a crumb rubber factory. However, a smaller sheet production facility will be sufficient for the time being.

We will be preparing our proposal to this Plantation group soon.

Our company has the experience and expertise to offer our rubber processing consultancy services, design and supply complete sheet, crumb rubber and latex processing systems to clients of various capacities that suit their requirements.

EMP MALAYSIA RECEIVES ORDER FOR SARTORIUS METAL DETECTOR SYSTEM TO AFRICA

EMP Malaysia has just received the official order from a large African rubber plantation group for one set of Sartorius Metal Detector complete with belt conveyor.

They couriered their official purchase order by DHL which we received last Friday.

Our Sartorius Metal Detecting systems are operating in Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia. Now, they are going to Africa.

It is highly recommended that a Metal detecing system be installed at the rear end of the rubber processing line to detect ferrous and non-ferrous contamination in your rubber bales before packing.

End buyers tend to claim the whole lot of the rubber they import if they find any contamination in the rubber they import. This can be quite a large loss to the rubber exporter.

So, do invest in a reliable and robust Sartorius Metal Detector system.

EMP MALAYSIA PLAYS HOST TO POTENTIAL METAL DETECTOR BUYER

EMP MALAYSIA played host to a delegation of 3 to our Sartorius Metal Detector distributor in Malaysia yesterday.

The potential client wanted to view and test some samples on our Sartorius Metal Detector system before making up their decision to buy the unit for checking the rubber bales against ferrous and non-ferrous contamination.

As our distributor has a demo Sartorius Metal Detector at their warehouse, we arranged the visit.

These Sartorius Metal detector systems have been sold to rubber factories around the world such as to Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia.

Our company is expecting an overseas order for one set of Sartorius Metal Detector system for a large plantation group in Africa.
