SITE INSTALLATION STAGE OF TURNKEY PROJECT IN THAILAND

Our turnkey Skim Block rubber processing system is now at the site installation stage. All the machinery and equipment were safely delivered to factory site on 22nd. November 2014. Our Managing Director, flew in and visited the factory to inspect the machinery and equipment. All the equipment were checked and verified by the owners as well. By shipping out the machinery and equipment in 5nos. x 40ft. containers proved invaluable as all items were delivered intact and no pilferage were discovered.

OUR 5 X 40FT. CONTAINERS ARRIVED AT THAI FACTORY YESTERDAY

Our EMP Skim Block Rubber processing system shipped out in 5 x 40ft. containers has arrived at our customer's factory yesterday after clearing Thai Customs on 21st.November 2014.

Mr. Kang, our Managing Director will be flying into Southern Thailand tomorrow to oversee the machinery layout at site and start off the installation of mechanical and electrical works by our Thai contractors. Some items will be purchased in Thailand for the insulation of the dryer at site.

We hope to complete the installation works by mid December 2014 so that the final inspection and energising of the line can be done.

LOADING OF LAST CONTAINER COMPLETED

Our last machinery and equipment for our EMP Skim block lone were finally loaded this afternoon.Over a period of 3 days, we loaded our machinery and equipment. Rain damping slightly our loading works but we overcome that. The last machinery that was put into the final container was our EMP 60 tonnes press.

LOADING OF EMP SKIM BLOCK SYSTEM HAS BEGUN

We started loading our completed Skim block system yesterday. We had to load some equipment at night. Luckily, with high beam light using my car. Another two more containers will be loaded today.

ALL GOODS READY TO BE LOADED INTO CONTAINERS

All our goods are ready to be loaded today. 2 x 40ft containers are coming today for loading. Our EMP 60 tons press panel has been shrinked wrap against water and we have also shrinked wrapped the hydraulic package.

EMP 60TONS MOVING CHAMBER PRESS TESTED AND READY FOR DELIVERY

Tested EMP 60 tons press is ready for delivery. All safety guards are painted bright yellow so that users are aware of danger zones. The guards are mounted to prevent accidents from occurring.

EMP MOVING CHAMBER PRESS WIRED UP FOR TESTING

Our EMP Press has been wired up before testing next week. Powered by German made dual pump and auxillary hydraulic items, our press is reliable and robust.

EMP TURNKEY SKIM BLOCK PROJECT ENTERS DELIVERY STAGE

Within the next 2 weeks, all our skim block wet and dry process will be trucked up Surat Thani, Southern Thailand. Crate measurements have already been measured and inter country trucking company has been engaged. We estimate that 5 nos. of 40 ft containers will be needed to deliver all our goods. Some finishing works need to be done and the press tested before all the machinery be painted. Sensitive machinery and electrical starter panels will be crated to prevent damage against mishandling and rain.

DRYER STRUCTURES AND TROLLIES READY FOR SHIPMENT

The dryer structures are being mounted with stainless steel sheets. The dryer trollies have been completed. Once all items are ready, we will truck all the machinery and equipment to Thailand.

Our EMP 60tons moving chamber press is to be wired up for testing. After testing, it will be painted before delivery.

SPARE HELICAL GEARBOX ARRIVES

As part of our turnkey project, we are supplying a spare helical gearbox as a spare for their crepers. The client can quickly change the gearbox if any of the creper gearbox malfunction.

Our initial size reduction crusher has been completed. It will be used to reduce coagulated slabs into 1" thick slabs before they are further processed.

EMP 60 tonnes Moving Chamber Press Being fabricated

Besides the EMP Skim block dryer being constructed, we are also fabricating our 60 tonnes moving chamber press. The press structure is being done including the double chamber.

EMP Static Crusher

Our EMP Static Crusher for reducing skim blocks into slabs of 1" thickness is fast being fabricated. Our manufacturer only needs to install the gearboxes and the motor. The prime mover will be used to power the two rollers.

Once all the components are installed, the crusher will be ready to be delivered to our Thai client.

Crushers can be used to reduce large rubber slabs into thinner slabs and dewater the rubber. They can be used as the primary pre-size reduction machine such as crushing embedded stones in the rubber slab and take out unwanted water as well.

EMP TRADING DIVISION SECURES TAPPING ACCESSORIES ORDER

Our African client has confirmed their order for the supply of Ethephon Plus latex stimulants, Gebung type rubber tapping knives, Upward cut tapping knives and sharpening stones.

EMP Skim Block Wet Process Line Electrical Panel being manufactured

All our EMP Wet Process line for skim block production are being painted before delivery. Our company is now fabricating the Process line Electrical Panel. Our mimic diagram is ready to be mounted onto the electrical panel before it is tested.

Once tested, the panel will be wrapped in plastic and crated before delivery.

Our EMP Wet Processing line is being painted before delivery to our Thai client. They came to inspect the machinery recently and decided on the colours. Bright colour to be painted on all guards while metallic blue for machinery against acidic environment.

EMP WET SKIM BLOCK LINE

Preparing our EMP Wet line processing system for end September delivery. Colour code for the machinery has been approved by the buyer who came in on 30.8.2014 to inspect the machinery.

We will be painting the completed machinery with the agreed colour codes before itemising them for partial delivery of the wet process line.

All our machinery and auxilliary items are pre-marked at the factory site before delivery. Mechanical installation is simplified and no civil works such as foundations are required. The crusher, crepers, belt conveyors and shredder are designed for easy installation and alignment. Only a flat concrete factory floor is required. Mechanical installation at site can be done within a day or two - thus saving time.

EMP FAN DIVISION SUBMITS COWDRAY FANS FOR OIL PALM MILL IN INDONESIA

Our Fan Division has submitted a quotation for 8 sets of Cowdray centrifugal fans to Indonesia. We have an authorized agent for our Cowdray fans for oil palm mills in Indonesia. Last year we exported our Cowdray fans through this agent. We hope to get this order as well.
